Dr. Kim Lam
Therapeutic Optometrist, Optometric Glaucoma Specialist
Dr. Lam earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico in 2016. She completed clinical externships in primary eye care at the VA Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, and gained advanced experience in specialty medicine—including post-operative surgical care, glaucoma management, corneal injuries, and retinal disease—through her training in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Lam is a dedicated member of both the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. She is passionate about providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and begins seeing infants as young as 6 months old.
She has a strong emphasis on pediatric optometry, specialty contact lenses, glaucoma management, and dry eye treatment. Dr. Lam is committed to delivering personalized and compassionate care to help every patient achieve their best vision and eye health.

Genevieve Donell
Optical Office Manager
Experienced and dedicated eye care professional with over 8 years in the optometry field and more than 20 years in medical billing. Former Optometric Manager, currently overseeing Optical Retail for Clarifeye.
Genevieve also spent time within a busy ophthalmology practice specializing in retinal care. Skilled in insurance verification, billing and collections, staff training, and daily operations management.
Known for streamlining processes and improving team efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, relocated to Houston in 2020. Outside of work, enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, relaxing at home. She also enjoys swimming, reading, listening to podcasts—and is a proud "plant whisperer."

Optician
With over six years of experience in the optometry field, Liz has developed a well-rounded background working as a technician, admin assistant, and contact lens specialist. Now, she focuses on helping patients find the perfect eyewear to suit both their vision needs and personal style. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Liz is committed to providing friendly, personalized care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, discovering new parks around the city, and having backyard barbecues with loved ones.
